However, the scene was as real as one can expect. It was a tribal war in Kagua’s Sugu Valley in Southern Highlands, Papua New Guinea. The ethic fight, involving nine tribes - six on one side and three on the other - had been waging for five weeks. To date, at least 11 people, including a woman, have died in the ongoing conflict, with scores of villagers fleeing from their burning homes and seeking refuge. What a sad state of affairs in this modern and civilised global era.
