The court refused his request.
Police met Lomai and Yama at the Jackson Airport on Feb 12 to arrest and interview the latter.
But Lomai allegedly told police that Yama should not be arrested nor taken in for questioning.
He again sought another interim restraining order through the Supreme Court on Feb 15 which was also refused.
He filed a third application on Feb 18 at the Waigani National Court.
Police alleged that Lomai intentionally abused the court process to prevent Yama from being arrested and questioned.
