Deadly fight between boys from two  primary schools in Kimbe

PORT MORESBY: When primary schoolboys start fighting and killing each other, it is time to take discipline seriously and to check the rot.

Last week, a 13-year-old schoolboy was killed in a fight between Karlese and Ruango primary school students in West New Britain’s Kimbe.

Police said the reason for the fight was still unknown and investigation were ongoing.

A 13-YEAR-OLD schoolboy was killed in a fight between Karlese and Ruango primary school students in Kimbe, West New Britain, last week.
The Ruango schoolboy, believed to be from Bali in Vitu, was rushed to Kimbe General Hospital but died on arrival.
Police said the reason for the fight was still unknown and investigations were ongoing.
The schoolboy’s parents are upset and police were trying its best to identify the suspects responsible for the murder.
Police are now monitoring the roads leading to the two schools to ensure that there were no more school fights and all the students could go to school freely without any fear of being attacked.
Attempts by The National to get comments from West New Britain commander concerning the murder was unsuccessful.
